Job Description

Circuit Pointe is recruiting a skilled QA Analyst to support its Training and Product Management team. The selected candidate will play a key role in analyzing requirements, performing quality assurance testing, and preparing user documentation across digital products. The role requires someone with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret business requirements to develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and developers
  • Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for functional, integration, and exploratory testing
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), identify and document bugs, and perform cross-browser/device testing
  • Develop and maintain user manuals, release notes, and internal support documentation

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, QA, or business analysis
  • Proficiency in QA methodologies, Agile workflows, and the software development lifecycle
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and test case management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
