Job Description

Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its operations team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of banking activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening operational processes, enhancing service quality, and driving customer satisfaction across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily banking operations including account openings, loan processing, and customer transactions.
• Implement and improve policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
• Monitor and drive customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt resolution of issues and implementing feedback systems.
• Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
