Location: Remote (Nigeria-based)
Salary: ₦150,000/month + 5% commission
A leading HR consulting firm, Nexxus HR, is seeking a strategic and target-driven Business Development Manager to support its growth goals. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, relationship management, and deal closure. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, pitching services, and maintaining valuable client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Pitch consulting services to C-level executives and key decision-makers
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks
- Provide regular market feedback and contribute to service improvement
Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in B2B business development or sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the HR or consulting industry is an added advantage
