Key Responsibilities
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial planning, and forecasting activities
- Maintain and improve financial records, internal controls, and reporting systems
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and manage statutory remittances
- Generate timely management reports and provide financial advice to executive leadership
- Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial partners
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, or ICAN certification is required
- 5–8 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within fintech or impact-focused organizations
- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong ethical standards and alignment with gender-focused or social impact missions
