A prominent outsourcing company is seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Director to lead its operations in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), strong executive leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing cross-border partnerships, especially involving UK-based clients. This is a strategic role focused on growth, operational excellence, and global business alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in line with the board’s global objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end operations, ensuring effective delivery in outsourcing models and UK client engagements.
- Strengthen international partnerships and improve service value to clients.
- Drive financial performance through effective planning, cost management, and revenue growth.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- At least 12–15 years of executive leadership experience within the outsourcing industry, including cross-border operational oversight.
- Demonstrated success managing relationships with UK-based clients or similar global markets.
- Strong financial, strategic, and operational leadership skills.
