Job Description
Cover Alarm Systems Limited, a fast-growing security solutions startup, is seeking a Growth & Operations Lead based in Abuja. This role is ideal for a tech-driven professional passionate about digital growth, sales leadership, and operational execution within the smart security space. The ideal candidate will drive company expansion, oversee sales efforts, and manage operations across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall company growth strategy, including sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations.
- Design and implement digital and offline campaigns to boost customer acquisition and recurring revenue.
- Manage regional partnerships, agent networks, vendors, and oversee national market expansion.
- Coordinate product deployment, installations, and customer experience from initial inquiry to after-sales support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in smart security, IoT, or home automation.
- Proficient in smart fire alarms, CCTV systems, home automation technologies, and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to travel for installations, market activations, exhibitions, or stakeholder meetings.
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills, with proficiency in tools like CRM, Excel, Canva, PowerPoint, and analytics platforms.
- Must be based in Abuja or ready to relocate.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in creating dashboards, pitch decks, and sales materials; entrepreneurial or startup background; basic graphic or video editing skills.
