Job Description

A fast-growing café/restaurant in the hospitality sector is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and provide administrative support under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will bring strategic HR insight, compliance knowledge, and process management skills to enhance staff performance and support overall business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations.
  • Oversee compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Monitor and optimize administrative systems, inventory, and HR budgets.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records, leave management, and statutory deductions.
  • Coordinate with training centers for staff development and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years in an administrative role.
  • CIPM certification is mandatory; a Master’s in Business Administration is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with business process optimization experience.
