An established organization in Lagos is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource professional to lead and manage its HR department. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong track record in talent management, organizational development, and HR leadership within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee relations effectively
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain updated HR policies and procedures
Application Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a hybrid work setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor regulations
