Job Description
Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL), a leading player in Nigeria’s dairy and beverage sector, is hiring a Logistics Supervisor to oversee and coordinate logistics operations in Lagos. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and efficient delivery of products while managing fleet, cold chain, and distribution processes in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day logistics activities including dispatch, route planning, and delivery operations
- Monitor and maintain cold chain processes to ensure product integrity
- Coordinate fleet management and vehicle maintenance schedules
- Track logistics performance and ensure compliance with company procedures
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to optimize supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- HND/BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics supervision, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing industries
- Solid knowledge of distribution systems, fleet operations, and route optimization
- Proficient in logistics tracking software, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
