PATOMS – TRADING is currently hiring for the position of Client Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, advanced computer proficiency, and a professional approach to customer support and service. Successful candidates will be part of a client-facing team, responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and managing client interactions effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients by providing timely support and assistance
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person with professionalism and accuracy
- Assist in onboarding and training new clients on company processes and tools
- Track and resolve client issues, escalating where necessary for prompt resolution
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up on client communications
Job Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of computer systems and digital tools
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Willingness to participate in onboarding training
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification is required
