Job Description

Ona Energy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support the Co-Founder and COO in a wide range of administrative, operational, and strategic functions. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills and a background in finance, business operations, or legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day business operations and assist in strategic planning and execution
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and financial documentation for internal and external use
  • Manage compliance-related tasks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and high-level correspondence on behalf of the COO

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Law
  • Experience in business operations, finance, or compliance functions
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, tax regulations, and corporate governance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and finance/ERP tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
