Job Description
Ascentech Services Limited is currently hiring a results-driven Retail Sales Manager to oversee and expand its retail sales operations in Abuja. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with retail partners, and leading a growing team of sales agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive retail sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies
- Monitor store performance and implement actionable insights to improve results
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of retail sales staff
- Identify and establish new retail channels to expand market presence
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ retail sales experience, preferably in the electronics sector
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Abuja region
