Job Description

An established logistics company based in Surulere, Lagos is looking to hire a qualified Head, Logistics Sales Manager to drive business growth, manage a sales team, and oversee client acquisition strategies. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with solid experience in logistics or transportation sales and a strong understanding of the Lagos market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and supervise the logistics sales team, ensuring achievement of targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of business deals
  • Deliver detailed performance reports and insights to senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in logistics or transportation sales
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Lagos, particularly the Surulere axis, is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in B2B logistics or fleet service sales is an added advantage
