Job Description
An experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager is needed for a growing freight and logistics company based on the Lagos Mainland. The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive people-focused initiatives across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and staff management across various locations.
- Coordinate training programs that support employee development and business growth.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
- Provide guidance on company policies, HR best practices, and conflict resolution.
- Promote collaboration across teams and affiliated stations.
- Prepare and deliver weekly business activity reports to the Group Managing Director.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in Human Resource Management.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR practices.
- Ability to manage diverse teams across multiple locations.
