A Dubai-based holding company with operations across various sectors is seeking a skilled and proactive Personal Assistant to support its CEO. This full-time, remote role offers an opportunity to work at the executive level in a fast-paced, international environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and capable of managing complex schedules and high-level coordination with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and global travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure all materials are ready
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Draft reports, presentations, and executive-level correspondence with attention to detail

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Notion
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and discretion
