Job Description

Tetra Maritime is seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst to join its team in Apapa, Lagos. The successful candidate will work closely with a global HR team based in London to enhance recruitment processes and ensure top-tier talent acquisition across multiple international offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of sourcing methods and hiring strategies.
  • Prepare detailed recruitment reports, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Manage and update HR software platforms including BambooHR, Workable, and Lattice.
  • Assist in coordinating interviews and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the HR team in talent sourcing through job boards and other recruitment channels.
  • Contribute to HR projects and generate actionable insights to improve recruitment practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HR tools like ATS, BambooHR, Workable, or Lattice.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the maritime or shipping industry is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
