Job Description

Peacey Systems LLC is hiring experienced Tier 3 Network Engineers with expertise in Ruckus switches, Aruba switches, and Fortinet firewalls for high-end hospitality environments, including hotels and resorts. This role requires advanced skills in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures to ensure seamless connectivity, optimal performance, and robust security. Tier 3 represents the highest engineering tier in this organization, equivalent to Tier 6 in other companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot captive portal solutions for hotspot authentication with multiple authentication mechanisms.
• Build, configure, and manage Ruckus and Aruba switches from scratch in hospitality environments.
• Configure and deploy Fortinet gateways and firewalls, including ACLs, VLANs, and interface setups.
• Implement Layer 1–3 networking, manage Spanning Tree Protocol (STP/RSTP), and optimize network performance.
• Onboard and manage Aruba Instant APs, configure switch stacks, and optimize wireless networks with Aruba Central and Ruckus SmartZones.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Tier 3 Network Engineer, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ruckus, Aruba, and Fortinet networking equipment.
• Proficiency in ACLs, VLAN configuration, and firewall setup.
• Knowledge of co-channel interference mitigation, wireless network optimization, and PMS integration.
• Relevant certifications (Fortinet NSE, Aruba ACMA/ACMP, Ruckus Wireless/Wired, Cisco CCNA/CCNP) are preferred.

Salary: USD $1,500 – $2,000/month (₦2,298,000 – ₦3,064,000)
