Job Description

The Hashgraph Group is seeking a highly skilled Web3 Solutions Architect with expertise in blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and advanced DeFi and Identity solutions. This role involves designing, building, and scaling secure, high-performance Web3 systems using cutting-edge tools and frameworks, including Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), Archimate, Business Process Management (BPM), and Unified Modeling Language (UML). Candidates should have strong experience in enterprise-level decentralized finance (DeFi) and Identity projects, as well as a passion for innovation in the blockchain space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect secure, scalable Web3 applications leveraging Hedera Hashgraph.
  • Develop detailed architecture diagrams using Archimate for complex Web3 ecosystems.
  • Apply BPM methodologies to streamline and optimize workflows in DeFi and Identity solutions.
  • Document and model application components and interactions using UML, with a focus on DeFi and Identity features.
  • Collaborate with development, engineering, and product teams to convert business requirements into technical designs.
  • Propose and implement innovative improvements for security, scalability, and efficiency in Web3 applications.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a Web3 Architect or in a similar blockchain architecture role.
  • Strong understanding of Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) architecture and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in Archimate, BPM, and UML tools.
  • Solid grasp of blockchain security standards and best practices.
  • Experience creating and deploying smart contracts, particularly in DeFi and Identity solutions.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for decentralized technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Hedera Hashgraph native services and SDKs.
  • Familiarity with Web3 frameworks such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Foundry.
  • Understanding of tokenomics and DeFi concepts.
  • Background in enterprise-grade Identity protocols.
