Job Description
MELP, an all-in-one employee engagement platform, is seeking a talented freelance Content & Copywriting Specialist to work part-time. The ideal candidate will excel in both creative and strategic writing, have experience in content marketing, and be fluent in Lithuanian and English. The role involves creating impactful content to connect with HR professionals and company leaders through multiple channels including social media, newsletters, lead magnets, and landing pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for social media, newsletters, websites, blogs, lead magnets, and other formats.
- Write and refine landing pages and marketing emails, with HubSpot experience considered an advantage.
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, and streamlining content creation processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all communications.
- Conduct light research to write confidently on HR, employee engagement, and workplace wellbeing topics.
Requirements
- Strong writing skills in both Lithuanian and English.
- Proven experience in content or copywriting, with a portfolio as a plus.
- Ability to adapt writing for different channels and audiences.
- Proficiency in AI tools beyond basic text generation.
- Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Interest in HR, workplace wellbeing, or SaaS is beneficial.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Salary: €900/month gross (before taxes applicable to self-employment in Lithuania)
