Job Description

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Nigeria is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative and secretarial support to senior executives. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring timely reminders and efficient time allocation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel bookings, and international hospitality arrangements.
  • Organize and prepare meeting venues, record minutes, and follow up on action points.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for confidential documents and track project timelines to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Liaise between executives, internal teams, and external clients to ensure effective communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with discretion and confidentiality.
