Job Description

Shomas Supply and Logistics Limited, a player in the logistics and supply chain sector, is seeking a results-driven Human Resources Manager to oversee people operations across multiple locations. This role involves managing core and contract staff, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and driving initiatives that promote employee engagement, productivity, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Manage HR functions across multiple locations, ensuring consistent policy implementation.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals in the oil & gas, logistics, or supply chain sectors.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies while maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to HR staff, fostering a high-performance work culture.

Requirements

  • HND or BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Mandatory HR certification such as CIPM.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ progressive HR/People Operations experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven experience supporting multi-location teams and managing both core and contract staff.
  • Industry background in oil & gas, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage.
