Helic & Co. is seeking a skilled and motivated Appointment Setter to coordinate and schedule virtual meetings for the sales team. This role involves engaging with leads, managing multiple time zones, and ensuring timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
Responsibilities
- Schedule online sales meetings for leads with sales consultants.
- Coordinate appointments across various time zones accurately.
- Follow up with leads to confirm meetings and maintain engagement.
- Reconnect with prospective clients to promote and close service sales.
Requirements
- Excellent English-speaking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in appointment setting across different time zones.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous sales or related role experience is an advantage.
