Ascentech Services Limited is looking for a talented and results-driven Social Media and Content Creation Manager to develop engaging content, manage online communities, and drive brand visibility across multiple digital platforms. This role requires expertise in social media management, affiliate marketing, telesales, and content creation, with a strong understanding of current trends and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
• Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, short-form videos, and compelling copy to boost audience engagement.
• Manage affiliate marketing campaigns and partnerships to increase reach and conversions.
• Leverage telesales and customer engagement skills to support marketing initiatives and lead generation.
• Monitor social media analytics, track campaign performance, and recommend data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Proven experience in managing multiple social media platforms effectively.
• Strong background in affiliate marketing and campaign execution.
• Previous exposure to telesales and customer interaction.
• Exceptional creativity, organizational skills, and trend awareness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with analytical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
