A results-driven Digital Marketing Executive is needed to create, manage, and optimize online marketing campaigns for property sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for property sales and brand awareness.
  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
  • Run paid ads campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website with property listings and news.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and real estate market demands.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
  • Proficiency in social media management, SEO, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and design skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
