The Technical Support Officer IV role is focused on troubleshooting, resolving client software issues, and ensuring smooth technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for software applications through phone, email, and helpdesk systems.
  • Investigate and analyze issues to identify causes, escalating unresolved cases to senior analysts when required.
  • Deploy and configure computer workstations, printers, and related hardware at client locations.
  • Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware or coordinate vendor warranty services.
  • Document support processes, maintain client information databases, and liaise with third-party application providers.
  • Offer guidance and training to end users on the effective use of hardware and software.

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and function effectively within a team.
  • Must be able to commute or be willing to relocate to Ikeja.

Employment Details

  • Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday–Sunday rotation)
