Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across social media, email, SEO/SEM, content, and paid advertising.
- Create and manage engaging digital content that boosts brand awareness and customer interaction.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Oversee website updates, ensuring SEO compliance and enhanced user experience.
- Collaborate with content, sales, design, and IT teams to maintain consistent branding.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track ROI, conversions, and suggest improvements.
- Manage campaign budgets for maximum reach and efficiency.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Strong copywriting, communication, and creative skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
