Job Description
A fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial strategy, planning, risk management, and compliance across multi-outlet operations. This role reports directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer and requires a strategic, hands-on finance professional with proven leadership skills and solid industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance functions
- Provide in-depth financial analysis to support business and operational decisions
- Monitor outlet performance, margins, and implement cost-control measures
- Ensure effective internal controls and adherence to regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding strategies
- Prepare and present financial reports to executive leadership and the board
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is mandatory
- Minimum of 15 years post-qualification experience, with at least 3–5 years in a QSR or retail environment
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with commercial acumen
