Estate Surveyor
Job Description
Globalclique HR is seeking a qualified and motivated Estate Surveyor to join its team in Oniru Estate, Victoria Island Extension. This role involves property valuation, management, inspections, client advisory, and agency services in a dynamic real estate environment. It is an excellent opportunity for a professional surveyor with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to excel in the Lagos prime property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate property valuations and prepare detailed valuation reports.
- Manage residential and commercial properties, ensuring effective tenant relations and profitability.
- Market and lease properties, including property inspections, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Provide professional advice on real estate investments, market trends, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare timely management, agency, and valuation reports for internal use and client submission.
- Assist the Principal Partner/Managing Surveyor with daily operational tasks.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management from a recognized institution.
- Membership of NIESV and registration with ESVARBON (or close to completion) is an added advantage.
- 2–4 years of proven post-NYSC experience in estate surveying and valuation.
- Good knowledge of the Lagos property market, especially Victoria Island and Lekki axis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly salary of N200,000 – N250,000.
