FibreWorld Telecommunications Network Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to provide administrative, HR, and office management support. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to maintain smooth office operations in a fast-paced telecom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, including supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Support HR processes such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and staff records management.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and reporting in line with company policies.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events.
- Manage procurement activities and liaise with vendors and service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in office administration, management, or HR support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and knowledge of administrative procedures.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
