Job Description
A globally recognized Telecommunications and Information Technology solutions company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Account Manager to drive sales growth, lead access network projects, and build strong client relationships. This role requires a professional with a strong background in telecommunications, proven sales expertise, and the ability to execute large-scale projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target customers while developing network plans across diverse channels and market segments.
- Lead and oversee access network projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze customer insights, industry trends, and performance data to design and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Manage telecommunications bids with support from headquarters, preparing formal proposals and recommendations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed performance reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Telecommunications or a related field.
- Previous experience with Huawei, ZTT, ZTE, Heng Tong, YOFC, Airtel, or MTN is required.
- Strong knowledge of GPON, FTTH, and ODN technologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Must be based in Lagos and willing to travel within Nigeria as required.
- Applicants must be 35 years old or younger.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Chinese is a strong advantage.
Location: Lagos (with occasional travel within Nigeria)
Salary: ₦1,000,000 – ₦2,000,000 monthly (negotiable, no limit based on experience)
