Job Description

TalentPop App is hiring a Shopify / E-Commerce Assistant (Remote) to support daily e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who excel in managing online stores, optimizing product listings, and keeping operations seamless.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and update product descriptions to improve clarity and conversions.
  • Review the Shopify storefront regularly, correcting errors or outdated information.
  • Monitor and manage product inventory to prevent stock shortages.
  • Respond to customer reviews on Shopify to strengthen brand trust and engagement.
  • Update website visuals such as banners, landing pages, and product images.
  • Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an e-commerce or Shopify-related role.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and other e-commerce tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Technical Requirements:

  • Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps, LAN required).
  • Personal PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor.
