Job Description

Wajusoft is seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance and risk management across the organization. This role is fully remote and requires a professional with strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, financial regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance matters to internal teams.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to align with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Background in Finance with knowledge of relevant regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with compliance software and tools (an added advantage).
