Job Description

MoldnFly LLC, a fast-growing US-Nigeria automotive export company, is hiring a Head Of Nigerian Operations to lead and expand its operations in Nigeria. The role requires a highly skilled executive with strong leadership, sales, and operational management expertise to drive growth, ensure compliance, and oversee nationwide teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Nigerian operations team, including VAIFs, marketing, and sales staff.
  • Oversee the “Qualifier & Closer” sales process to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
  • Serve as the senior “Closer” for high-value client negotiations and consultations.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with customs agents, logistics providers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and industry regulations.
  • Conduct periodic travel to regional offices including Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Kano.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in automotive, logistics, or export operations.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel within Nigeria as required.
  • Prior experience in US-Nigeria trade is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monthly salary of ₦1,500,000 – ₦2,000,000.
