MoldnFly LLC, a fast-growing US-Nigeria automotive export company, is hiring a Head Of Nigerian Operations to lead and expand its operations in Nigeria. The role requires a highly skilled executive with strong leadership, sales, and operational management expertise to drive growth, ensure compliance, and oversee nationwide teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Nigerian operations team, including VAIFs, marketing, and sales staff.
- Oversee the “Qualifier & Closer” sales process to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Serve as the senior “Closer” for high-value client negotiations and consultations.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customs agents, logistics providers, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and industry regulations.
- Conduct periodic travel to regional offices including Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Kano.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in automotive, logistics, or export operations.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria as required.
- Prior experience in US-Nigeria trade is an added advantage.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary of ₦1,500,000 – ₦2,000,000.
