Job Description
MoldnFly LLC, a trusted vehicle import company, is recruiting a Vehicle Acquisition & Import Facilitator (VAIF) to support Nigerian clients in acquiring quality vehicles from the United States. This role is ideal for sales professionals with a results-driven mindset and an interest in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations using the company’s structured playbook
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and acquisition process
- Provide necessary reports and documentation, including CarFax and AutoCheck records
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure consistent communication with clients
- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to finalize deals and achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to manage international clients
- Basic computer literacy, including CRM systems, email, and WhatsApp
- Target-oriented and results-driven with proven sales conversion ability
