Job Description

Zazu Digital Talent, an early-stage edtech startup launching in late 2025, is seeking a freelance Landing Page Designer & Developer to design and build a high-converting marketing site. The role involves taking a landing page concept from design in Figma through to responsive build and deployment using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Vercel. This project is ideal for creative professionals who enjoy end-to-end ownership and producing polished, user-friendly web experiences.

Remote | Contract | $500–1000 | Timeline: 5–7 days

Responsibilities

  • Design a modern 7-section landing page in Figma for both desktop and mobile.
  • Develop and implement the design using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
  • Ensure full responsiveness, smooth UI interactions, and cross-device performance.
  • Integrate email capture functionality (Mailchimp or placeholder).
  • Deploy the completed site on Vercel and provide GitHub repository plus domain configuration.

Requirements

  • Proven portfolio of responsive websites designed and built independently.
  • Proficiency in Figma, React/Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Strong focus on clean code, UI polish, and user experience.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and deliver within fixed timelines.
  • Bonus: Experience improving layout or copy for better conversion.
