Job Description

Six Values, a fast-growing technology company in the iGaming industry, is seeking an experienced SEO Team Lead to drive organic search strategy across multiple B2C online casino brands. The role requires strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to execute SEO campaigns in highly competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies for multiple casino brands across different regions.
  • Lead a team of SEO specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.
  • Oversee technical SEO initiatives including site audits, Core Web Vitals, indexing, migrations, and structured data.
  • Collaborate with content, product, design, and development teams to ensure SEO integration across campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as rankings, traffic, conversions, and link growth using tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
  • Ensure compliance with SEO best practices, regulatory requirements, and jurisdictional standards in iGaming.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in SEO leadership roles within iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or related niches.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO (JavaScript SEO, schema, crawl budgets, Core Web Vitals).
  • Experience managing multilingual and geo-targeted websites (hreflang, ccTLDs, subfolders).
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Looker/Data Studio.
  • 2–5 years of experience managing SEO teams or cross-functional SEO projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO in regulated markets (UKGC, MGA, Curacao) and familiarity with affiliate SEO strategies.
