Job Description

A children’s media company, Kunda Kids, is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager with expertise in YouTube and digital performance marketing. The role focuses on driving audience growth, engagement, and monetization through strategic management of the Kunda Kids YouTube Studio and digital campaigns. This is an opportunity to work with one of Africa’s fastest-growing kids’ media brands, creating content for global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Kunda Kids YouTube Studio end-to-end, including content uploads, optimization, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns across YouTube Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads, with a focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS tracking.
  • Analyze performance data using YouTube Analytics and Google Analytics to drive content and monetization strategies.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for subscriber acquisition, both organic and paid.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to deliver high-performing video campaigns and marketing assets.
  • Identify partnership and cross-promotion opportunities with influencers, platforms, and relevant digital communities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in YouTube channel management and performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in YouTube Studio management and optimization (non-negotiable).
  • Strong knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and monetization strategies.
  • Experience managing paid campaigns across YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Analytical mindset with a record of scaling digital audiences and improving KPIs.
  • Strong communication, creative, and project management skills.
