A financial services company is looking for ambitious and self-driven individuals to fill the role of Direct Sales Agent. This position is commission-based and best suited for professionals who thrive in a performance-oriented environment. The role involves promoting mutual fund investment products, acquiring new clients, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals, cold calling, and field prospecting
  • Promote mutual fund products to potential investors with persuasive and clear communication
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and market insights
  • Deliver quality after-sales support to enhance client retention and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Background in sales, finance, or insurance will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets
  • Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Confidence and resilience when dealing with diverse clients
