A financial services company is looking for ambitious and self-driven individuals to fill the role of Direct Sales Agent. This position is commission-based and best suited for professionals who thrive in a performance-oriented environment. The role involves promoting mutual fund investment products, acquiring new clients, and building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and pursue new sales opportunities through referrals, cold calling, and field prospecting
- Promote mutual fund products to potential investors with persuasive and clear communication
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activity, and market insights
- Deliver quality after-sales support to enhance client retention and satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Background in sales, finance, or insurance will be an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales targets
- Minimum qualification: SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Confidence and resilience when dealing with diverse clients
