Job Description
The Retail/Business Banking Officer will play a key role in supporting small businesses and individual clients by managing cash flow, treasury operations, and offering tailored financial solutions. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage cash flow and oversee treasury operations.
- Provide lending support to small businesses and assess loan applications.
- Deliver tailored financial products and services to meet client needs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of finance, treasury management, and cash management.
- Experience in small business lending and financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the banking sector is an added advantage.
