A leading organization in Lekki is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Leader to drive strategic HR initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals. This role requires a results-driven professional with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and people management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and values.
  • Lead initiatives in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Oversee recruitment to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast workforce needs and design staffing strategies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and career advancement through professional development programs.
  • Manage compensation and rewards structures to ensure competitiveness and employee retention.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and best practices.
  • Provide guidance to management on employee relations, compliance, and HR strategies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred).
  • Minimum of 8 years progressive HR experience with proven success in senior leadership roles (e.g., HR Director, Head of HR).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR practices with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive matters.
