NoOnes.com/shop is expanding its global footprint and is searching for a Director, E-Commerce BD to drive growth, partnerships, and market leadership. The company’s crypto exchange already empowers millions of users in over 160 markets, and its marketplace, NoOnes Shop, is set to redefine how people buy, sell, and get paid in crypto worldwide. This role is focused on scaling the e-commerce business and establishing strong global partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy to acquire, onboard, and retain leading retailers, distributors, and merchants.
• Build and manage long-term partnerships with top merchants, leading negotiations and securing their catalogues for the platform.
• Drive global expansion by positioning NoOnes Shop as a leader across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
• Act as the primary business contact for key partners, supporting them in scaling their operations successfully.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within e-commerce or digital marketplaces.
• Proven record of creating and executing B2C and C2C strategies on a global scale.
• Strong knowledge of peer-to-peer marketplace dynamics, including seller-buyer interactions.
• Demonstrated success in merchant acquisition, onboarding, and management at scale.
• Exceptional negotiation, partnership, and strategic business development skills.
