Responsibilities
- Grow designated key accounts by increasing revenue and profitability.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships while monitoring competitor activity.
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations to both internal teams and clients.
- Identify and manage customer requirements, ensuring smooth transitions from project scale-up to production.
- Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and monitor performance against sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Requirements
- University degree (or equivalent).
- 4–7 years of overall professional experience, with at least 1 year in a relevant industry function.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Passion for the fragrance or consumer goods industry.
- Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers and key influencers.
