Job Description

Applications are now open for the Nestle Nigeria Plc Technical Training Programme 2025. This intensive 18-month programme at Nestlé’s Technical Training Centre is designed to equip motivated young Nigerians with hands-on technical skills in engineering and manufacturing, while fostering personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in classroom and practical training sessions on technical skills development.
  • Apply theoretical knowledge to real-life technical and engineering tasks within the training centre.
  • Demonstrate discipline, adaptability, and a willingness to learn across different technical modules.
  • Work collaboratively with trainers and peers to build problem-solving and team skills.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should:

  • Hold a National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized Nigerian Polytechnic (not earlier than 2022) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Installation & Maintenance Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Industrial Measurement & Control, or other related engineering fields.
  • Possess at least four (4) O-Level credits obtained in one sitting, including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, and one other science subject.
  • Be self-driven, disciplined, and demonstrate strong learning agility.
  • Exhibit good character, commitment, and the ability to adapt to an intensive training programme.
