An IT Manager is needed in Abuja to oversee computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. The role involves ensuring smooth business operations through efficient technical support, system maintenance, and implementation of IT strategies. The position requires hands-on expertise in hardware and software management, network security, and data protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Provide timely technical support to staff either in person or remotely.
• Install, configure, and upgrade IT systems, printers, and scanners.
• Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
• Manage IT operations including system policies, procedures, and electronic data management.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity.
• Identify IT challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5–8 years relevant experience in IT management or related roles.
