Responsibilities
- Develop and recommend business strategies while advising the CEO on company growth and operational improvements.
- Oversee and support the customer service team, ensuring prompt handling of orders, inquiries, and complaints.
- Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance systems, tools, and overall efficiency.
- Manage logistics operations including delivery schedules and coordination with drivers to guarantee timely delivery.
- Track and analyze operational data to reduce errors, improve service standards, and increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in operations management, ideally within retail or food manufacturing.
- Strong background in customer service team management and logistics operations.
