Job Description

A leading organization in the behavioral health and healthcare sector is seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth initiatives. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategies that enhance visibility, client base, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, government agencies, and private sector organizations.
• Develop and implement yearly business development strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare business proposals, commercial bids, contracts, and client presentations.
• Manage existing client relationships while expanding the client base.
• Conduct market research and provide insights to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace.
• Create regular reports, analyze team performance, and recommend measures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with proven experience in business development.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business development capacity (experience in the behavioral health sector is an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Sales-focused with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Master’s degree is desirable but not mandatory.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in health business is required.
