A leading company in the food, hospitality, and digital service space is seeking a highly skilled Customer Growth & Experience Manager to oversee customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will design growth strategies, manage customer service operations, and ensure seamless experiences across delivery platforms, social media, and digital channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer growth strategies to drive repeat purchases, referrals, and long-term loyalty
  • Supervise customer support operations, ensuring timely issue resolution and high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor and manage online presence, including social media engagement, brand reputation, and platform ratings
  • Lead and mentor customer service teams, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer experience initiatives with business goals

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer growth, customer service, or customer success role (preferably within food, hospitality, or technology industries)
  • Proven track record of managing customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Familiarity with delivery platforms such as Bolt Food, Uber Eats, and Jumia Food, along with social media management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
