A permanent, full-time opportunity is available for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager to support ParentPay Group’s ambitious marketing function. This role focuses on leading multi-channel, CRM-driven campaigns with a strong emphasis on email marketing design, automation, and performance optimisation. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in ClickDimensions, design tools, and B2B lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality email marketing campaigns, including banner and asset creation, with a focus on driving engagement and conversions.
- Build and optimise landing pages, forms, and workflows in ClickDimensions, ensuring seamless CRM mapping and automation.
- Develop and manage omnichannel campaign plans across email, PPC, landing pages, and social media.
- Analyse campaign performance, reporting insights and recommendations to optimise ROI and audience engagement.
Requirements
- Proven digital marketing experience, preferably within competitive industries or B2B-focused organisations.
- Strong expertise in ClickDimensions with a track record of managing automated workflows, email campaigns, and forms.
- Hands-on design skills using Illustrator, Canva, or Adobe Express, with a portfolio of previous email marketing work.
- Skilled in short-form copywriting with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and confidence in presenting ideas using PowerPoint.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
