Job Description

A leading legal practice is looking for a fast-learning, high-agency lawyer with strong expertise in U.S. immigration law. The role requires excellent research and drafting skills, alongside the ability to manage client relationships and handle complex visa applications with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth legal research on U.S. immigration laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Draft petitions, cover letters, and supporting documents for O1, EB1, and EB2-NIW visa categories.
  • Manage client intake, maintain communication, and provide timely case updates.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and stakeholders to gather necessary evidence and meet case deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and maintain accurate digital case records.

Requirements

  • LL.B from a recognized university.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years post-Bar professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and experience drafting petitions and legal arguments.
  • Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in case management software and online collaboration tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
