Job Description
A reputable brewery, established in 1974 and known for premium quality brands, is hiring an experienced District Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and drive market growth in key territories.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales teams including Sales Representatives, Van Sales Representatives, and Distributor Sales Representatives.
- Ensure compliance with sales routes, journey plans, and effective distributor stock coverage.
- Conduct sales performance reviews, training, and regular team meetings to ensure alignment.
- Develop and maintain strong trade channel relationships with distributors, retailers, and bulk breakers.
- Monitor sales KPIs, analyze reports, and implement corrective actions for improved performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales management experience in FMCG or the beverage sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel extensively within the district.
- Familiarity with ISO-based management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is an added advantage.
